Model LE End Grinder:

The Model LE End Grinder is a machine to grind / sand the tops or ends of extremities.  Bar / rod or solids shapes can be radiused on the end, uniformly and quickly.  Special shaped pads support the sanding belt and provide the profile to be achieved.  The maximum radius to be placed on the part is 180 degrees, as shown on the sample to the right.

Chamfering bar and tube is performed very quickly on this machine.

An optional clamping device can be added to the equipment for serial production.
