Pieces are placed on a belt conveyor which passes under the working heads and, once the cycle is finished, are deposited in the appropriate bench or sent to another working centre for additional treatments.

According to the process and productivity required, we provide a range of machines from the simplest with one head to the more complex machines with 10 heads each one independent from the other and using a different abrasive grit, Where required other equipment can be added such as automatic loading and unloading system , conveyor belt and turn over system for working on both sides.

Everything is effectively managed with PLC.  The working units that can be installed on these machine are different in type and size according to the finishing required.  In addition, it is possible to design special units to for particular requirements. The SP model is equipped with decantation tank and coolant system to work either in wet conditions, if required
