The options below can be added to the LPC models of tube polishing machine.
Option AN:
Equipment for sanding belts opening with foot pedal control. Start and tops the sanding belts.
 
Option AV: 
Automatic feed for straight pieces max. diameter 40 mm.
Option ALT:
Self Centering feed system for tube polisher, shown with guards removed.  4 wheel pinch roller system controlled with variable frequency drive, on both in and out feed of the tube polishing machine.

Also shown is AN/A

 

Option AN/A:  
Equipment for sanding belts stop/start with photocell and in/out timers.  Used with automation to control the belt stop / start based on part presence and delay timer controls.


Option AVU: 
Automatic feed for straight and bow bent pieces.  This option is not self centering and require adjustment for tube diameter.
Optional CM loader:  
Automatic loader for straight pieces with round section maximum  lengths between 1500/6000 mm.
Option 11.1:  
Adjustable sanding belts speed with inverter equipment.
