Tube polishing and grinding machines for straight
tube and bar:
The tube / pipe polishing machine shown below are for polishing
straight tube. Tube, pipe, bar or extrusions to be polished can
have tapers or varying diameters, but must be generally "straight".
As these machines polish and grind straight tube only, the belt widths
are larger since they do not need to follow around a curve. Wider
sanding belts + larger motor = high production. With feed automation,
tube polishing can be performed from 2 to 10 meters per minute,
depending on your required finish. |
