The tube pipe or extrusion does not rotate during deburring. A special application of wire
brushes
allows for the deburring of tubes, rectangular shapes, oval shapes
or irregular profiles in just a few seconds. Deburring extrusion profiles and extrusions of iron, steel,
stainless steel, plastic and aluminum can be deburred with the application
of the proper wire brush for the material being processed.
The wire brush is mounted onto a rotating shaft which is also rotating in
a planetary motion. In this manor, the wire brush is deburring from
all directions around the outside of the tube or pipe, but also brushing
from the inside edge of the tube or pipe. This planetary action affords a
complete tube deburring process in just a few seconds.
