Shotblasting machines for wire, bar, tube & pipes

This wire and tube shotblasting machine is suitable to be inserted in a combined heavy-duty cold drawing line. Production speed up to 200 m/min. The turbines placed on this shotblasting machine can be fed by motor up to 6 motors of 75 kW for each shotblasting turbine.

High efficiency on "IN LINE" shotblasting machine, due to the "VENTURI SHAPE" of the concentration plates assures the perfect shot blast media flow guiding (100% onto tube surface) and at the same time, it avoids the shotblast media accumulation and the "over shotblasting blasting" effect.

Long operating life of inside parts working directly under the shot flow action.

The shotblasting machine cabinet is completely lined by modular, changeable manganese plates. The head wall of the shotblasting cabinet is made in two thicknesses with air space inside, in order to guarantee the maximum sealing efficiency and noise level reduction of the shotblasting process. The external shotblasting cabinet is completely free of obstruction and arranged with inspection doors in every point in order to allow an easy inspection and for maintenance.
